Frank Zeller, Director of External Relations, The CYDSA Group

After completing his studies of Political Science (Master of Arts) at the University of Vienna in 1989 and a Diploma at the Johns Hopkins University / Bologna Center the following year, he began the career of a diplomat in the Austrian Foreign Ministry. He assumed executive positions at the headquarters in Vienna (1991-1994), at the Embassy in London (1994-1997), where he set up the department of "Public Diplomacy", and was assigned to the Embassy in Mexico where he took over the position of Deputy Head of Mission.

In 2000, he joined the private sector in Mexico as Senior Manager for Public Relations and Corporate Communications at the BASF Group in Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

In September of 2013, Frank Zeller moved to the food company Tyson de México, where he assumed the role of Director of Corporate Affairs.

In July of 2015, he founded the consultancy “European Management and Consulting”, offering executive training in leadership and team building, based on the experiences of European companies called “hidden champions”.

Since July 2016, he has been the Corporate Director of Institutional Relations at CYDSA. CYDSA is a business group with presence in three segments: Chemical Products and Specialties, Electricity and Steam Cogeneration as well as operating Underground Storage of Hydrocarbons. Headquartered in Monterrey, Mexico, the company incorporates more than 20 subsidiaries in 9 cities and serves customers in more than 15 countries.
